About the Charlottesville Office

Nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Charlottesville is one of the top small cities in the U.S. to live and is home to a diverse community that values eclectic arts, culture, and technology. Vineyards, breweries, kayaking, hiking, rock climbing, free concerts, awesome restaurants, and a great density of bright, creative, and open-minded people are all within easy reach of our downtown office.

Less than two hours south of Washington, D.C., and an hour from Richmond, Charlottesville is the proud home to two World Heritage Sites: the University of Virginia and Thomas Jefferson’s Monticello. It’s a unique mix of urban sophistication and spectacular rural beauty that will catch you and keep you.

Our downtown office is a fantastic space with panoramic views, a casual feel, and a dedicated video-gaming room. We have a liberal vacation policy (that you’ll actually get to use), flexible hours, great snacks, and a real and vibrant sense of creative camaraderie that you just won’t find elsewhere.
